Embroidery in Victor, ID.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Victor gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Victor

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Victor, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Victor is home to about 2,300 people across 2.6 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Driggs, ID (9 mi), Alta, WY (13 mi), Wilson, WY (13 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Hill Air Force Base sits about 170 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Victor.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Idaho mixes Victor crews with neighbors like Driggs, 9 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Victor gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Victor customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Victor customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Victor addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Victor crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
