Embroidery delivered to Waukon

Waukon crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Waukon address in 5 to 7 business days.

Waukon is home to about 3,800 people across 2.8 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Waterville, IA (10 mi), Postville, IA (14 mi), Lansing, IA (14 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort McCoy sits about 57 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Waukon.

Because Waterville sits only 10 miles from Waukon, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Waukon gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Waukon customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Waukon customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Waukon addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Waukon crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
