Embroidery in Waurika, OK.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Waurika gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Waurika

Waurika crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Waurika address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Waurika at about 1,800 people on 11.9 square miles of Oklahoma, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Addington, OK (5 mi), Hastings, OK (5 mi), Sugden, OK (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Sheppard Air Force Base sits about 34 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Waurika counted against your roster.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Oklahoma mixes Waurika crews with neighbors like Addington, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Waurika gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Waurika customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Waurika customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Waurika customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Waurika addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Waurika crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Waurika crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
