Embroidery delivered to Westmoreland

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Westmoreland, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 723 spread over 0.5 square miles, Westmoreland gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Wheaton, KS (9 mi), Olsburg, KS (11 mi), Louisville, KS (11 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Fort Riley, around 35 miles from Westmoreland, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Westmoreland.

Embroidery demand around Westmoreland does not stop at the town line. Crews from Wheaton (9 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Westmoreland gets embroidered

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Westmoreland customers feel the difference on the first order.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Westmoreland customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Westmoreland customers see.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Westmoreland addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Westmoreland crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
