Embroidery in Whiteash, IL.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Whiteash gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Whiteash

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Whiteash, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 0.9 square miles of Whiteash sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Spillertown, IL (1 mi), Johnston City, IL (3 mi), Marion, IL (3 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Scott Air Force Base, roughly 77 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Whiteash.

Because Spillertown sits only 1 miles from Whiteash, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Whiteash gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Whiteash customers feel the difference on the first order.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Whiteash customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

Budget planning for Whiteash customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Whiteash addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Whiteash crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Whiteash crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
