Embroidery delivered to Wide Ruins

Wide Ruins crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Wide Ruins address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 0.4 square miles of Wide Ruins sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Klagetoh, AZ (6 mi), Sanders, AZ (18 mi), Houck, AZ (19 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Kirtland Air Force Base, around 162 miles from Wide Ruins, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Wide Ruins.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Arizona mixes Wide Ruins crews with neighbors like Klagetoh, 6 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Wide Ruins gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Wide ruins customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Wide Ruins customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Wide Ruins customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Wide Ruins addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Wide Ruins crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Wide Ruins crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
