Embroidery in Wilson, TX.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Wilson gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Wilson

Wilson crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Wilson address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Wilson at a community of 446 on 0.6 square miles of Texas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Slaton, TX (10 mi), New Home, TX (11 mi), Tahoka, TX (11 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Cannon Air Force Base sits about 114 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Wilson.

Embroidery demand around Wilson does not stop at the town line. Crews from Slaton (10 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Wilson gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Wilson customers feel the difference on the first order.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Wilson customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Wilson customers see.

Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Wilson addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Wilson crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Wilson crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
