Embroidery delivered to Winger

Winger crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Winger address in 5 to 7 business days.

Winger is home to a community of 174 across 0.3 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Bejou, MN (6 mi), McIntosh, MN (8 mi), Erskine, MN (9 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Grand Forks Air Force Base sits about 58 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Winger.

Embroidery demand around Winger does not stop at the town line. Crews from Bejou (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Winger gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Winger customers feel the difference on the first order.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Winger customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Winger addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Winger crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
