From single pieces to full crew runs, Wonewoc gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Wonewoc crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Wonewoc address in 5 to 7 business days.
Wonewoc is home to a community of 738 across 1.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Union Center, WI (3 mi), Hillsboro, WI (6 mi), Elroy, WI (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Fort McCoy sits about 35 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Wonewoc.
Because Union Center sits only 3 miles from Wonewoc, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Wonewoc customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Wonewoc customers, these three earn their keep.
Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
Here is what Wonewoc customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Production plus shipping to Wonewoc addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your wonewoc crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
