Embroidery delivered to Worth

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Worth, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Worth is home to a community of 62 across 0.3 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Gentry, MO (5 mi), Grant City, MO (6 mi), Denver, MO (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fort Leavenworth, roughly 79 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Worth.

Embroidery demand around Worth does not stop at the town line. Crews from Gentry (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Worth gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Worth customers feel the difference on the first order.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Worth customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Worth customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Worth addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Worth crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
