Embroidery in Yuma, CO.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Yuma gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Yuma

Yuma crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Yuma address in 5 to 7 business days.

Yuma is home to about 3,400 people across 3.3 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Eckley, CO (12 mi), Otis, CO (13 mi), Vernon, CO (25 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Buckley Space Force Base, around 110 miles from Yuma, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Yuma counted against your roster.

Because Eckley sits only 12 miles from Yuma, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Yuma gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Yuma customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Yuma customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Yuma customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Yuma addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Yuma crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Yuma crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
