Every crew in Essex County orders from the same shop: free design help, published packs, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
From the county seat to the last gravel road, every Essex County address gets the same service: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before anything prints.
With about 6,000 people spread across 662 square miles, Essex County is exactly the kind of territory a nationwide shop serves better than a single storefront: same pricing, same timeline, every address.
That includes the Vermont military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Camp Johnson, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Essex County.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
Whole-league jersey orders with numbering and sponsors, in before opening day. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
One design across three generations of sizes, or a small memorial run done right. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Vendor booths, event staff, and commemorative tees for the biggest weekend on the county calendar. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Station gear and fundraiser runs for volunteer fire and rescue outfits. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Community group runs where mixed sizes are the default, not a complication. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Chapter and program shirts spanning youth small to adult 5XL in a single order. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Essex county customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Essex County customers, these three earn their keep.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Essex County customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
The test for every piece that leaves here is simple: will it still look right after fifty washes? Cured ink that flexes with the fabric, in-house digitizing that keeps small stitches legible, and blanks chosen by weight class for how the gear will actually be used. When the honest answer is that a garment or method will not hold up, we say so and steer you to one that will, before your money is on the table.
Usually it is one of three moments: a big-platform order arrived wrong and nobody answered the support ticket, a hidden fee doubled the checkout price, or a deadline slipped with no warning. Our structure removes all three. Written proof approval before production, published pack pricing before any conversation, and a single named person who owns your order until it is delivered.
Delivery to every address in Essex County follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your essex county group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
