Custom shirts delivered to Fair Oaks

Crews in Fair Oaks order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.

All 2.0 square miles of Fair Oaks sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Marietta, GA (2 mi), Smyrna, GA (4 mi), Vinings, GA (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Anniston Army Depot, roughly 75 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The Georgia military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Moore and Fort Stewart, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Fair Oaks.

What Fair Oaks orders most

Small business and crew apparel

Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

HOA, civic, and community events

Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Church and service group shirts

Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Youth sports and booster gear

From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

School spirit wear

PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Fair oaks customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

05 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Fair Oaks customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Essential Light Tee

Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Here is what Fair Oaks customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Fair Oaks addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Fair Oaks group?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your fair oaks group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
