Custom apparel delivered to Fairway, Kansas in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
Crews in Fairway order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Fairway is home to about 4,200 people across 1.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Roeland Park, KS (1 mi), Mission Hills, KS (1 mi), Mission Woods, KS (1 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Fort Leavenworth, around 26 miles from Fairway, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The Kansas military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Riley and Fort Leavenworth, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Fairway.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Fairway customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Fairway customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Fairway customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Every order ships tracked to Fairway addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your fairway group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Proofs are free and fast, approvals are in writing, and the price you calculated is the price you pay.
