Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Force crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Pennsylvania in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Force order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Force covers 0.2 square miles of Pennsylvania, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Weedville, PA (1 mi), Byrnedale, PA (2 mi), Penfield, PA (5 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Carlisle Barracks sits about 100 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Pennsylvania military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Tobyhanna Army Depot and Letterkenny Army Depot, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Force.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Force customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Force customers, these three earn their keep.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
The table below is the actual price list Force customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Production plus shipping to Force addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Force group keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
