Unit gear, PT shirts, and morale apparel for Army National Guard personnel at Fort Indiantown Gap, printed by veterans and delivered to base or door in Annville, Pennsylvania.
Orders regularly split between the installation and nearby Cleona, PA (2 mi), Pleasant Hill, PA (3 mi), Lebanon, PA (5 mi), at no difference in price or timeline.
We print for units stationed at Fort Indiantown Gap and across the Army National Guard: company PT shirts, deployment and homecoming tees, ball and ceremony apparel, and morale gear your formation will actually wear. Every price includes the front print, proofs arrive within 24 hours, and nothing prints until your point of contact approves it in writing.
We know how Army National Guard orders actually move: a volunteer POC, a first sergeant or chief who wants it right, a date that cannot slip, and a size roster that changes twice. The process below is built around exactly that.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Army National Guard units, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
At pack quantities this runs through the press at the best per piece price we offer, with ink laid thick enough to survive hundreds of wash cycles. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Family shirt runs from 10 pieces and 4x8 photo banners for the Annville pier, hangar, or parade field. Return dates slip, so we print these fast and quote rush honestly.
Stitched, not printed, so it reads professional up close and survives years of wear without cracking or fading. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Single pieces and family runs handled with the care they deserve, moved to the front of the schedule when a service date demands it.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Army National Guard units, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
The table below is the actual price list Fort Indiantown Gap units order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
The blanks range from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, the ink is cured so it moves with the fabric instead of flaking off it, and the stitching is digitized in-house for legibility at any size. If something fails because of production, the remake is free; if a request will not survive real use, you hear it before ordering.
The difference is people. An upload widget cannot tell you a logo will stitch poorly at cap size; our designers can and do. A checkout page cannot own a deadline; your named contact does. And where the big platforms hide the real cost until the last screen, our pack pricing sits published on every product page. The honest trade-off of custom work, no returns once it is printed, is covered by a proof you approve in writing before anything runs.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Fort Indiantown Gap, on base delivery points, and Annville addresses. APO and FPO addresses ship at the same pace, so deployed elements are covered. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your unit at Fort Indiantown Gap, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
