Every crew in Frontier County orders from the same shop: free design help, published packs, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
From the county seat to the last gravel road, every Frontier County address gets the same service: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before anything prints.
Frontier County spans 975 square miles and holds about 2,600 people, and our delivery map covers every one of those addresses on the same 5 to 7 day window.
That includes the Nebraska military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Offutt Air Force Base, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Frontier County.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
From hundred-piece reunion runs to a 10 piece memorial order, handled with the same seriousness. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
The fair runs on identifiable staff and sellable merch, and both come from the same run. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Duty tees, fundraiser shirts, and station hoodies for the crews that answer the call. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Congregation and food bank gear with every size in one pack at one rate. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Spirit wear, chapter tees, and program gear with youth and adult sizes in the same run. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Rec league kits, numbered and sponsored, delivered on the schedule the league sets. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Frontier County customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Frontier County customers, these three earn their keep.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Frontier County customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
The test for every piece that leaves here is simple: will it still look right after fifty washes? Cured ink that flexes with the fabric, in-house digitizing that keeps small stitches legible, and blanks chosen by weight class for how the gear will actually be used. When the honest answer is that a garment or method will not hold up, we say so and steer you to one that will, before your money is on the table.
Automated printers optimize for volume; this shop optimizes for the order in front of it. That difference shows up as a designer catching problems an upload widget would print anyway, prices that are public instead of assembled at checkout, and a person whose actual job is your deadline. The proof-approval step replaces the return policy custom work cannot have.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to every address in Frontier County. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Frontier County group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
