Gause orders custom gear here because the pricing is published, the proof is free, and delivery to Texas runs 5 to 7 business days flat.
Gause does not need a local print shop to get local-quality gear. Design online, approve a free proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and delivery lands at any Gause address in 5 to 7 business days.
All 1.0 square miles of Gause sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Milano, TX (10 mi), Hearne, TX (10 mi), Calvert, TX (14 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Fort Cavazos, roughly 63 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The Texas military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Cavazos and Fort Bliss, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Gause.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Gause customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Gause customers, these three earn their keep.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
The table below is the actual price list Gause customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Gause addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Gause group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
