Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Gem crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Kansas in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Gem order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Gem is home to a community of 95 across 0.3 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Colby, KS (8 mi), Rexford, KS (9 mi), Menlo, KS (10 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Buckley Space Force Base sits about 205 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Kansas military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Riley and Fort Leavenworth, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Gem.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Gem customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Gem customers, these three earn their keep.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Production plus shipping to Gem addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Gem group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
