Hale orders custom gear here because the pricing is published, the proof is free, and delivery to Missouri runs 5 to 7 business days flat.
Crews in Hale order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
With a community of 373 spread over 0.5 square miles, Hale gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Avalon, MO (6 mi), Sumner, MO (6 mi), Tina, MO (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Whiteman Air Force Base, roughly 59 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The Missouri military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Leonard Wood and Whiteman Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Hale.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Hale customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Hale customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Hale customers see.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Delivery to Hale addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your hale group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

The next towns over, Avalon (6 mi), Sumner (6 mi), Tina (7 mi), order here too. Browse the rest of Missouri, jump to the complete town list, or take your design straight into the Design Lab.
You will see the proof before you pay and the price before you talk to anyone. That is the whole pitch.
