Custom apparel delivered to Halsey, Oregon in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
Crews in Halsey order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Census numbers put Halsey at a community of 951 on 0.6 square miles of Oregon, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Shedd, OR (5 mi), Brownsville, OR (6 mi), Peoria, OR (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, roughly 129 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The Oregon military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Kingsley Field and Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Halsey.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Halsey customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Halsey customers, these three earn their keep.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
Budget planning for Halsey customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Halsey addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your halsey group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
