Custom apparel delivered to Hillsdale, Missouri in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
Crews in Hillsdale order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Hillsdale is home to about 1,200 people across 0.3 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Velda Village Hills, MO (0 mi), Uplands Park, MO (1 mi), Velda City, MO (1 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Scott Air Force Base, around 20 miles from Hillsdale, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The Missouri military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Leonard Wood and Whiteman Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Hillsdale.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Hillsdale customers feel the difference on the first order.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Hillsdale customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Hillsdale customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Hillsdale addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your hillsdale group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
