Custom apparel delivered anywhere in Hudson County, New Jersey in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
From the county seat to the last gravel road, every Hudson County address gets the same service: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before anything prints.
Hudson County spans 46 square miles and holds about 705,000 people, and our delivery map covers every one of those addresses on the same 5 to 7 day window.
That includes the New Jersey military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Picatinny Arsenal, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, Coast Guard Training Center Cape May, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Hudson County.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Reunion shirts sized for grandparents to toddlers, and memorial runs treated with care. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Staff shirts, vendor gear, and keepsake tees for fair week. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Station gear and fundraiser runs for volunteer fire and rescue outfits. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Community group runs where mixed sizes are the default, not a complication. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
FFA chapters and youth programs order kid and adult sizes together at pack pricing. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Numbers, names, and sponsor logos for every team in the league, delivered before opening day. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Hudson county customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Hudson County customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Hudson County customers see.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
A cheap print on a cheap blank costs more than it saves, because it gets worn twice and then becomes a rag. We print with inks cured to spec, on blanks stocked in weight classes from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, and we stand behind the work: if a print fails from a production defect, we make it right. Screen prints are cured at temperature so they flex instead of cracking, and embroidery is digitized in-house so small text stays legible.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to every address in Hudson County. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your hudson county group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
