Idana orders custom gear here because the pricing is published, the proof is free, and delivery to Kansas runs 5 to 7 business days flat.
Crews in Idana order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
From one end of Idana to the other, 0.3 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Clay Center, KS (8 mi), Morganville, KS (8 mi), Oak Hill, KS (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort Riley sits about 32 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Kansas military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Riley and Fort Leavenworth, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Idana.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Idana customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Idana customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Here is what Idana customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Every order ships tracked to Idana addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Idana group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
