Every crew in Kay County orders from the same shop: free design help, published packs, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
There is no local print shop requirement for good gear anymore. Kay County crews design online, approve a proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and take delivery anywhere in the county in 5 to 7 business days.
Kay County spans 920 square miles and holds about 44,000 people, and our delivery map covers every one of those addresses on the same 5 to 7 day window.
That includes the Oklahoma military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Fort Sill, Tinker Air Force Base, Altus Air Force Base, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Kay County.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
Duty tees, fundraiser shirts, and station hoodies for the crews that answer the call. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Community group runs where mixed sizes are the default, not a complication. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
FFA chapters and youth programs order kid and adult sizes together at pack pricing. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Whole-league jersey orders with numbering and sponsors, in before opening day. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Reunion shirts sized for grandparents to toddlers, and memorial runs treated with care. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The fair runs on identifiable staff and sellable merch, and both come from the same run. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Kay County customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Kay County customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Here is what Kay County customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
The test for every piece that leaves here is simple: will it still look right after fifty washes? Cured ink that flexes with the fabric, in-house digitizing that keeps small stitches legible, and blanks chosen by weight class for how the gear will actually be used. When the honest answer is that a garment or method will not hold up, we say so and steer you to one that will, before your money is on the table.
Usually it is one of three moments: a big-platform order arrived wrong and nobody answered the support ticket, a hidden fee doubled the checkout price, or a deadline slipped with no warning. Our structure removes all three. Written proof approval before production, published pack pricing before any conversation, and a single named person who owns your order until it is delivered.
Production plus shipping to every address in Kay County runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Kay County group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
