An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
