Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Knippa crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Texas in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Knippa order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
From one end of Knippa to the other, 5.1 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Sabinal, TX (10 mi), Uvalde, TX (11 mi), Uvalde Estates, TX (16 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Lackland Air Force Base sits about 67 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Texas military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Cavazos and Fort Bliss, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Knippa.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Knippa customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Knippa customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Here is what Knippa customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Knippa addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your knippa group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
