Custom shirts, hats, and gear for La Grange crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Kentucky in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in La Grange order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
La Grange is home to about 10,000 people across 7.2 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Buckner, KY (4 mi), Crestwood, KY (7 mi), Smithfield, KY (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Fort Knox sits about 50 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Kentucky military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Campbell and Fort Knox, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around La Grange.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. La grange customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among La Grange customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Here is what La Grange customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Every order ships tracked to La Grange addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
