Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Lenora crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Kansas in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Lenora order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Lenora is home to a community of 200 across 0.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Edmond, KS (10 mi), Clayton, KS (13 mi), Jennings, KS (16 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Fort Riley sits about 173 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Kansas military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Riley and Fort Leavenworth, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Lenora.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Lenora customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Lenora customers, these three earn their keep.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
Here is what Lenora customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
The timeline to Lenora addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Lenora group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
