Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Loring crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Alaska in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Loring order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
From one end of Loring to the other, 0.6 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Ketchikan, AK (17 mi), Saxman, AK (20 mi), Kasaan, AK (30 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, roughly 633 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The Alaska military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Wainwright and Fort Greely, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Loring.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Loring customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Loring customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Loring customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
The timeline to Loring addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Loring group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
