Custom apparel delivered to Maiden, North Carolina in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
Crews in Maiden order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Census numbers put Maiden at about 3,800 people on 6.6 square miles of North Carolina, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Newton, NC (5 mi), Lincolnton, NC (8 mi), Conover, NC (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Jackson sits about 109 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The North Carolina military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Liberty and Camp Lejeune, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Maiden.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Maiden customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Maiden customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Maiden customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Production plus shipping to Maiden addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Maiden group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
