Custom apparel delivered anywhere in Mecklenburg County, Virginia in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
From the county seat to the last gravel road, every Mecklenburg County address gets the same service: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before anything prints.
Census figures put Mecklenburg County at about 31,000 people across 625 square miles, from the county seat to the last rural route, all inside standard tracked delivery.
That includes the Virginia military community: we deliver unit and family gear for MCB Quantico, Naval Station Norfolk, Langley-Eustis, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Mecklenburg County.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Rec league kits, numbered and sponsored, delivered on the schedule the league sets. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
One design across three generations of sizes, or a small memorial run done right. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Vendor booths, event staff, and commemorative tees for the biggest weekend on the county calendar. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Duty tees, fundraiser shirts, and station hoodies for the crews that answer the call. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Congregation and food bank gear with every size in one pack at one rate. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Spirit wear, chapter tees, and program gear with youth and adult sizes in the same run. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Mecklenburg county customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Mecklenburg County customers, these three earn their keep.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Mecklenburg County customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Everything in the process serves one outcome: gear still in the rotation years later. Inks cure at temperature so prints flex rather than crack, digitizing happens in-house so embroidery stays legible at small sizes, and blank weights run from summer-light to 7.5oz so the garment matches the use. Defects in production are remade free, no debate.
Automated printers optimize for volume; this shop optimizes for the order in front of it. That difference shows up as a designer catching problems an upload widget would print anyway, prices that are public instead of assembled at checkout, and a person whose actual job is your deadline. The proof-approval step replaces the return policy custom work cannot have.
Production plus shipping to every address in Mecklenburg County runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
