Custom apparel delivered anywhere in Meigs County, Ohio in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
There is no local print shop requirement for good gear anymore. Meigs County crews design online, approve a proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and take delivery anywhere in the county in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 22,000 people spread across 430 square miles, Meigs County is exactly the kind of territory a nationwide shop serves better than a single storefront: same pricing, same timeline, every address.
That includes the Ohio military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Wright-Patterson AFB, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Meigs County.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
Duty tees, fundraiser shirts, and station hoodies for the crews that answer the call. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Community group runs where mixed sizes are the default, not a complication. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
FFA chapters and youth programs order kid and adult sizes together at pack pricing. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Rec league kits, numbered and sponsored, delivered on the schedule the league sets. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Reunion shirts sized for grandparents to toddlers, and memorial runs treated with care. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Vendor booths, event staff, and commemorative tees for the biggest weekend on the county calendar. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Meigs county customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Meigs County customers, these three earn their keep.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Here is what Meigs County customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
A cheap print on a cheap blank costs more than it saves, because it gets worn twice and then becomes a rag. We print with inks cured to spec, on blanks stocked in weight classes from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, and we stand behind the work: if a print fails from a production defect, we make it right. Screen prints are cured at temperature so they flex instead of cracking, and embroidery is digitized in-house so small text stays legible.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to every address in Meigs County. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Meigs County group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
