Custom shirts delivered to Millbrook

Millbrook does not need a local print shop to get local-quality gear. Design online, approve a free proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and delivery lands at any Millbrook address in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,400 people spread over 1.9 square miles, Millbrook gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Salt Point, NY (5 mi), Dover Plains, NY (7 mi), Wassaic, NY (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. West Point, around 34 miles from Millbrook, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The New York military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Drum and Fort Hamilton, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Millbrook.

What Millbrook orders most

HOA, civic, and community events

Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Church and service group shirts

Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Youth sports and booster gear

From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

School spirit wear

PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Small business and crew apparel

Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Millbrook customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Millbrook customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Essential Light Tee

The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Millbrook addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Millbrook group?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your millbrook group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
