Custom shirt printing in Mills, WY.

Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Mills crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Wyoming in 5 to 7 business days.

Custom shirts delivered to Mills

Mills does not need a local print shop to get local-quality gear. Design online, approve a free proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and delivery lands at any Mills address in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 4,500 people spread over 5.1 square miles, Mills gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Mountain View, WY (2 mi), Vista West, WY (2 mi), Hartrandt, WY (3 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is F.E. Warren Air Force Base, roughly 145 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The Wyoming military community orders here too: unit and family gear for F.E. Warren Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Mills.

What Mills orders most

School spirit wear

PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Small business and crew apparel

Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

HOA, civic, and community events

The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Church and service group shirts

Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Youth sports and booster gear

Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Mills customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Mills customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Essential Light Tee

When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

06 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Mills customers see.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Mills addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Mills group?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
