Every crew in Mineral County orders from the same shop: free design help, published packs, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
There is no local print shop requirement for good gear anymore. Mineral County crews design online, approve a proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and take delivery anywhere in the county in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 27,000 people spread across 328 square miles, Mineral County is exactly the kind of territory a nationwide shop serves better than a single storefront: same pricing, same timeline, every address.
That includes the West Virginia military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Camp Dawson, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Mineral County.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Spirit wear, chapter tees, and program gear with youth and adult sizes in the same run. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Numbers, names, and sponsor logos for every team in the league, delivered before opening day. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Reunion shirts sized for grandparents to toddlers, and memorial runs treated with care. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The fair runs on identifiable staff and sellable merch, and both come from the same run. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Duty tees, fundraiser shirts, and station hoodies for the crews that answer the call. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Congregation and food bank gear with every size in one pack at one rate. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Mineral county customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Mineral County customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Mineral County customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
A cheap print on a cheap blank costs more than it saves, because it gets worn twice and then becomes a rag. We print with inks cured to spec, on blanks stocked in weight classes from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, and we stand behind the work: if a print fails from a production defect, we make it right. Screen prints are cured at temperature so they flex instead of cracking, and embroidery is digitized in-house so small text stays legible.
Delivery to every address in Mineral County follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Mineral County group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
