Every crew in Monmouth County orders from the same shop: free design help, published packs, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
From the county seat to the last gravel road, every Monmouth County address gets the same service: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before anything prints.
Monmouth County spans 468 square miles and holds about 643,000 people, and our delivery map covers every one of those addresses on the same 5 to 7 day window.
That includes the New Jersey military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Picatinny Arsenal, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, Coast Guard Training Center Cape May, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Monmouth County.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
Duty shirts for the volunteers who show up at 3am, and fundraiser tees that keep the station funded. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Congregation and food bank gear with every size in one pack at one rate. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Spirit wear, chapter tees, and program gear with youth and adult sizes in the same run. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Rec league kits, numbered and sponsored, delivered on the schedule the league sets. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
One design across three generations of sizes, or a small memorial run done right. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The fair runs on identifiable staff and sellable merch, and both come from the same run. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Monmouth county customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Monmouth County customers, these three earn their keep.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Monmouth County customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
A cheap print on a cheap blank costs more than it saves, because it gets worn twice and then becomes a rag. We print with inks cured to spec, on blanks stocked in weight classes from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, and we stand behind the work: if a print fails from a production defect, we make it right. Screen prints are cured at temperature so they flex instead of cracking, and embroidery is digitized in-house so small text stays legible.
The timeline to every address in Monmouth County is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Monmouth County group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
