Custom apparel delivered to Morral, Ohio in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
Crews in Morral order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
With a community of 371 spread over 2.7 square miles, Morral gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Harpster, OH (4 mi), Marion, OH (8 mi), New Bloomington, OH (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Wright-Patterson AFB sits about 82 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Ohio military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Wright-Patterson AFB, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Morral.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Morral customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Morral customers, these three earn their keep.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Morral customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Morral group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
