Custom shirt printing in Morton, PA.

Morton orders custom gear here because the pricing is published, the proof is free, and delivery to Pennsylvania runs 5 to 7 business days flat.

Custom shirts delivered to Morton

Morton does not need a local print shop to get local-quality gear. Design online, approve a free proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and delivery lands at any Morton address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Morton at about 2,800 people on 0.4 square miles of Pennsylvania, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Rutledge, PA (1 mi), Swarthmore, PA (1 mi), Folsom, PA (1 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, roughly 37 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The Pennsylvania military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Tobyhanna Army Depot and Letterkenny Army Depot, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Morton.

What Morton orders most

HOA, civic, and community events

Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Church and service group shirts

Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Youth sports and booster gear

From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

School spirit wear

Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Small business and crew apparel

Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Morton customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Morton customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Essential Light Tee

Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

What it costs

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Morton addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Morton group?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your morton group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
