Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Mound Station crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Illinois in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Mound Station order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Mound Station is home to a community of 115 across 0.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Clayton, IL (5 mi), Mount Sterling, IL (6 mi), Camp Point, IL (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Rock Island Arsenal, around 102 miles from Mound Station, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The Illinois military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Naval Station Great Lakes and Rock Island Arsenal, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Mound Station.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Mound station customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Mound Station customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Mound Station addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Mound Station group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
