Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

Gear only works if people actually wear it, and people only wear what feels and looks right. That is why ink gets cured at temperature so it flexes instead of cracking, why embroidery is digitized in-house so lettering stays sharp at small sizes, and why the blank lineup runs from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight instead of one-weight-fits-nobody. Production defects are our problem, not yours: a failed print gets remade at no charge.
Automated printers optimize for volume; this shop optimizes for the order in front of it. That difference shows up as a designer catching problems an upload widget would print anyway, prices that are public instead of assembled at checkout, and a person whose actual job is your deadline. The proof-approval step replaces the return policy custom work cannot have.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
