Custom shirt printing in Norphlet, AR.

Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Norphlet crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Arkansas in 5 to 7 business days.

Custom shirts delivered to Norphlet

Crews in Norphlet order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.

Norphlet is home to a community of 727 across 2.0 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Smackover, AR (5 mi), El Dorado, AR (7 mi), Calion, AR (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Barksdale Air Force Base, roughly 80 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The Arkansas military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Little Rock Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Norphlet.

What Norphlet orders most

Small business and crew apparel

Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

HOA, civic, and community events

The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Church and service group shirts

Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Youth sports and booster gear

From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

School spirit wear

PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Norphlet customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Norphlet customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Essential Light Tee

The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Norphlet addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Norphlet group?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Norphlet group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
