Custom shirts delivered to O'Neill

Crews in O'Neill order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.

O'Neill is home to about 3,600 people across 2.3 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Inman, NE (8 mi), Emmet, NE (8 mi), Page, NE (12 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Offutt Air Force Base sits about 167 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The Nebraska military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Offutt Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around O'Neill.

What O'Neill orders most

School spirit wear

Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Small business and crew apparel

Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

HOA, civic, and community events

The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Church and service group shirts

Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Youth sports and booster gear

League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. O'neill customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

05 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks O'Neill customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Essential Light Tee

The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

06 //

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

Budget planning for O'Neill customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to O'Neill addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your O'Neill group?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
