Every crew in Page County orders from the same shop: free design help, published packs, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
From the county seat to the last gravel road, every Page County address gets the same service: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before anything prints.
With about 15,000 people spread across 535 square miles, Page County is exactly the kind of territory a nationwide shop serves better than a single storefront: same pricing, same timeline, every address.
That includes the Iowa military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Camp Dodge, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Page County.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
One design across three generations of sizes, or a small memorial run done right. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
The fair runs on identifiable staff and sellable merch, and both come from the same run. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Duty shirts for the volunteers who show up at 3am, and fundraiser tees that keep the station funded. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Community group runs where mixed sizes are the default, not a complication. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Chapter and program shirts spanning youth small to adult 5XL in a single order. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Rec league kits, numbered and sponsored, delivered on the schedule the league sets. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Page county customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Page County customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Page County customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
A cheap print on a cheap blank costs more than it saves, because it gets worn twice and then becomes a rag. We print with inks cured to spec, on blanks stocked in weight classes from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, and we stand behind the work: if a print fails from a production defect, we make it right. Screen prints are cured at temperature so they flex instead of cracking, and embroidery is digitized in-house so small text stays legible.
They cannot put a designer between your file and the press, so mistakes print. They cannot give your order a person, so problems ticket-queue. And they rarely show the full price until the end. All three are standard practice here, with the written proof as your guarantee instead of a returns page.
Every order ships tracked to every address in Page County with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Page County group keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
