Custom apparel delivered anywhere in Palo Alto County, Iowa in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
From the county seat to the last gravel road, every Palo Alto County address gets the same service: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before anything prints.
Census figures put Palo Alto County at about 8,800 people across 564 square miles, from the county seat to the last rural route, all inside standard tracked delivery.
That includes the Iowa military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Camp Dodge, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Palo Alto County.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Staff shirts, vendor gear, and keepsake tees for fair week. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Station gear and fundraiser runs for volunteer fire and rescue outfits. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Group shirts for congregations, food banks, and service days, in mixed sizes at one pack price. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Spirit wear, chapter tees, and program gear with youth and adult sizes in the same run. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Whole-league jersey orders with numbering and sponsors, in before opening day. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
From hundred-piece reunion runs to a 10 piece memorial order, handled with the same seriousness. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Palo alto county customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Palo Alto County customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Palo Alto County customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
The blanks range from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, the ink is cured so it moves with the fabric instead of flaking off it, and the stitching is digitized in-house for legibility at any size. If something fails because of production, the remake is free; if a request will not survive real use, you hear it before ordering.
The difference is people. An upload widget cannot tell you a logo will stitch poorly at cap size; our designers can and do. A checkout page cannot own a deadline; your named contact does. And where the big platforms hide the real cost until the last screen, our pack pricing sits published on every product page. The honest trade-off of custom work, no returns once it is printed, is covered by a proof you approve in writing before anything runs.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to every address in Palo Alto County. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your palo alto county group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
