Custom apparel delivered to Pana, Illinois in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
Pana does not need a local print shop to get local-quality gear. Design online, approve a free proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and delivery lands at any Pana address in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 5,000 people spread over 3.9 square miles, Pana gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Tower Hill, IL (7 mi), Oconee, IL (8 mi), Ohlman, IL (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Scott Air Force Base, roughly 78 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The Illinois military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Naval Station Great Lakes and Rock Island Arsenal, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Pana.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Pana customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Pana customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Pana group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
