Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Patten crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Maine in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Patten order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Patten covers 2.0 square miles of Maine, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Island Falls, ME (9 mi), Oakfield, ME (16 mi), East Millinocket, ME (27 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard sits about 231 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Maine military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Patten.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Patten customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Patten customers, these three earn their keep.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Patten customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Production plus shipping to Patten addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your patten group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
