Custom apparel delivered to Pella, Wisconsin in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
Crews in Pella order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
All 1.6 square miles of Pella sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Leopolis, WI (2 mi), Caroline, WI (4 mi), Marion, WI (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fort McCoy, roughly 113 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The Wisconsin military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort McCoy, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Pella.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Pella customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Pella customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
The table below is the actual price list Pella customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |

| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Every order ships tracked to Pella addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Pella group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
