Every crew in Pembina County orders from the same shop: free design help, published packs, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
There is no local print shop requirement for good gear anymore. Pembina County crews design online, approve a proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and take delivery anywhere in the county in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 6,700 people spread across 1119 square miles, Pembina County is exactly the kind of territory a nationwide shop serves better than a single storefront: same pricing, same timeline, every address.
That includes the North Dakota military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Minot Air Force Base, Grand Forks Air Force Base, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Pembina County.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Reunion shirts sized for grandparents to toddlers, and memorial runs treated with care. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Staff shirts, vendor gear, and keepsake tees for fair week. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Duty shirts for the volunteers who show up at 3am, and fundraiser tees that keep the station funded. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Community group runs where mixed sizes are the default, not a complication. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Spirit wear, chapter tees, and program gear with youth and adult sizes in the same run. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Whole-league jersey orders with numbering and sponsors, in before opening day. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Pembina county customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Pembina County customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Pembina County customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
The blanks range from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, the ink is cured so it moves with the fabric instead of flaking off it, and the stitching is digitized in-house for legibility at any size. If something fails because of production, the remake is free; if a request will not survive real use, you hear it before ordering.
Automated printers optimize for volume; this shop optimizes for the order in front of it. That difference shows up as a designer catching problems an upload widget would print anyway, prices that are public instead of assembled at checkout, and a person whose actual job is your deadline. The proof-approval step replaces the return policy custom work cannot have.
The timeline to every address in Pembina County is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Pembina County group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
