Custom shirts delivered to Pilot Point

Pilot Point does not need a local print shop to get local-quality gear. Design online, approve a free proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and delivery lands at any Pilot Point address in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 5,900 people spread over 7.7 square miles, Pilot Point gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Tioga, TX (6 mi), Aubrey, TX (6 mi), Gunter, TX (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. NAS JRB Fort Worth, around 48 miles from Pilot Point, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The Texas military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Cavazos and Fort Bliss, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Pilot Point.

What Pilot Point orders most

School spirit wear

PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Small business and crew apparel

Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

HOA, civic, and community events

Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Church and service group shirts

Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Youth sports and booster gear

From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Pilot Point customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

05 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Pilot Point customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Essential Light Tee

Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Pilot Point customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Pilot Point addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Pilot Point group?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your pilot point group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
